Our portraiture sessions offers you a treasured photographic record of you and your family. Your images will be framed or printed on canvas to the highest standard to provide you with a lasting memory (additional fees will apply). Many people today have plenty of snaps of them and their families but no permanent and lasting record of their family as they grow. Whether it is a birthday, an anniversary, a Christmas present, we can provide you with that professional portrait you have always wanted.
We charge a simple session fee with no obligation to order. You will get the personal attention of Terence Pierre our lead Photographer.
Portraiture sessions are $600 on location Portrait sessions generally take about 90 minutes with two outfit change.
You will receive 20 digital images complete with photo editing and photo finishing. (Photo finishing means altering or smoothing skin, hair and/or body using Photoshop). Additional photos and finishing will be $5 per image.

Prints
Although your session comes with a print release for personal printing, www.styckman504productions.com LLC recommends you print with our professional printers for the best results. You will receive a high quality watermark-free image print for you in enjoy in your home or office.
Pricing Policy:
This session price includes 25 digital images to be delivered via electronically through www.styckman504productions.com, on a password-protected webpage, within two weeks (14 days) prior to the session.
A $50 retainer deposit is required to secure the session date. Your remaining, standing balance will be due on the day of BEFORE the session, and any additional fees will be due 10-14 days before your digital images are delivered. Different pricing may occur if monthly specials or promotions take place.
Payment Policy:Styckman504 Productions , LLC accepts cash ,cash app or pay-pal . Styckman504 Productions , LLC does not accept physical checks, eChecks, or money orders. Payment attempts with eChecks will be rejected or ask about 2 part payment plan.
Cancellation/Rescheduling:
If you must cancel your session, you may reschedule the session one time before losing your deposit. If your desired rescheduled date is not available the session fee has been paid in full, you may attempt to select a new date. If you must cancel indefinitely and the full session fee has been paid in full, you will receive an 80% refund of monies paid toward the session fee, minus the booking fee/deposit, AS LONG AS the cancellation is made 12 days in advance. Notice of cancellation in 5 days or fewer will result in only 50% refund of monies paid toward the session fee, minus the booking fee/deposit. The booking fee/deposit is non-refundable.
Late Arrivals:
Styckman504 Productions , LLC keeps a busy schedule and sometimes we may have back to back bookings or other scheduled obligations. Because of this we urge you to please arrive on time. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late unfortunately we will have to cancel and reschedule for another time. Styckman504 Productions , LLC will retain your deposit for a session reschedule for up to one (1) time before any losses. Please see our section on cancelling and rescheduling below for further details on rescheduling.
Spectators:
Please refrain from bringing friends, family members, and children to the shoot unless they are active members of the photo project. This can interfere and will take away from the time allotted for the session.
Time Overages:
The session will take place during predetermined hours. Any additional time allowed is at the sole discretion of Styckman504 Productions, LLC. If more than the maximum time allotment is requested by the Client in advance or required on the day of the session, Styckman504 Productions and Imaging, LLC will charge the following rate per hour: $100. This amount will be added to the aforementioned service price. This hourly amount will be broken down by 30-minute increments and rounded up. This overage fee will be due in 10-14 days before the digital images are delivered.
Desired Scenes:
The design of the images is at the sole artistic discretion of Styckman504 Productions , LLC. Client must adhere to the Photographer’s style. No shots, poses, or images throughout the session are guaranteed. The Client acknowledges that Styckman504 Productions , LLC is using its artistic discretion to produce photographs as the photographer sees fit.
Social Media and Sharing:
The Client understands that the images created during the above session are the property of Styckman504 Productions , LLC and its representatives. Must The Client decide to post or share photos produced during the above session on any website or social media site, and The Client opted out of the full copyright release, The Client agrees to utilize the watermarked, images for posting and sharing with appropriate credit granted to Styckman504 Productions, LLC.
Substitution:
In the event of illness or sudden event out of the control of both parties, Styckman504 Productions.com, LLC will attempt to substitute a photographer at no cost to client. This agreement will be transferable to the said photographer.
Limitation of Liability:
In the event that all of some of the photographs fail to materialize or there is photographic failure due to reasons beyond t Styckman504 Productions , LLC’s control, the liability of Styckman504 Productions, LLC will be limited to the refund of all money paid. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential losses. In any event, the limit of Styckman504 Productions, LLC liability shall not exceed session price.
